  6. Siapkan bahan utk saus, campur semua bahan jadi 1 masak sampai mendidih, agar lbh kental, beri tepung maizena yg sudah dilarutkan air, tuang pelan2 sambil diaduk.
  7. Potong mangga siapkan di piring, tuang kuah santan di ketan nya dan beri taburan wijen.
